1. Vendor Onboarding and Verification
By registering as a vendor on Marketonex, you agree to undergo our KYC and Business Verification processes. You must provide accurate government ID, business registration details, and bank information. We reserve the right to suspend or reject your account if the provided documents are forged, inaccurate, or incomplete.
2. Subscription Plans & Fees
Marketonex offers various subscription plans (e.g., Monthly, Yearly). By selecting a plan during signup or upgrading later, you agree to be billed the specified amount. Failure to renew subscriptions may result in the suspension of your storefront and listings until payment is settled.
3. Store Branding and Domain Names
You may operate under a "Parsely Branded" shared domain or a "Fully Branded" independent subdomain/custom domain. You agree that your store name will not infringe on any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights. Marketonex reserves the right to reclaim or modify store names that violate these rules.
4. Product Listings and Quality
As a vendor, you are solely responsible for the products you list on the platform. You agree that:
- All product descriptions, images, and prices must be accurate and not misleading.
- You will not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited PC hardware or software.
- You will honor the warranties and return policies explicitly stated on your storefront.
5. Payments and Payouts
Customer payments are securely processed through our integrated payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Payouts to your registered bank account will be processed after deducting the applicable platform commissions and fees. You agree to the Razorpay Route terms for split payments and transfers.
6. Fulfillment and Shipping
You are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Delayed shipments, frequent cancellations, or poor packaging may result in penalties, reduced visibility on the platform, or account suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
Marketonex acts purely as a marketplace and technology provider. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or financial losses arising from transactions between you and the customer, except where specifically mediated by our platform policies.
8. Account Termination
You may close your vendor account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activities, or consistently receive poor customer feedback.
