Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was delivered. Returns must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

• Custom-built PCs (unless defective)

Replacement Policy

• Replacement will be provided after inspection

Refund Policy

• Refund processed within 5–10 business days
• Refund will be credited to original payment method

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipping
• After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed

Proof Requirement

Customers must provide product images/videos and unboxing proof (if required) when filing a return or refund request.
