4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (if available).

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or reject suspicious/fraudulent transactions.

5. Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location. Shipping charges may apply. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping details and ensure availability during delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or incorrect addresses provided by the user.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

• Cancellation: Allowed before the order is shipped. Not allowed after dispatch.
• Returns: Accepted only for damaged products, defective items, or incorrect deliveries. Must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened software, used hardware, custom-built PCs (unless defective).
• Refunds: Processed after inspection. Refund time: 5–10 business days.

7. Warranty & Product Responsibility

Products are covered under manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims must be handled with the respective brand directly.

Marketonex.in is not responsible for improper installation, physical damage after delivery, overclocking, or misuse of products.

8. Limitation of Liability

Marketonex.in shall not be liable for data loss, indirect/incidental damages, or system failures due to incorrect PC build choices. Use of products is entirely at your own risk.

9. PC Builder Disclaimer

The PC builder tool provides suggestions only. We do not guarantee 100% compatibility. Users are responsible for all final configuration decisions before making a purchase.

10. User Conduct

Users must not engage in illegal activities, attempt hacking or unauthorized access, upload harmful/malicious content, or misuse payment systems. Violation may lead to account suspension, permanent ban, or legal action.
